THREE-YEAR VISION GOAL:
OUR
BIG
GOAL!
Within the next three years, Highest Degree will launch a Summer College Access Bootcamp which will be a two- to three-week residential program held on a college campus for rising high school seniors. This immersive experience will provide comprehensive, hands-on support in navigating the college admissions process, including personal statement development, resume building, application completion, financial aid and scholarship literacy, and mock interviews. Participants will leave the program with a completed college application portfolio and a clear action plan for their senior year.
By combining intensive college access coaching with the experience of campus living, the Bootcamp will foster college readiness, build confidence, and help first/second-generation and low/middle-income students envision themselves as future college graduates.
FIVE-YEAR VISION GOAL:
By 2030, Highest Degree will raise $1 million in philanthropic support and grant funding to expand its services and meet the growing demand for indirect cost assistance. This investment will enable the organization to provide at least 1,000 students annually with comprehensive support—including dorm essentials, emergency mini-grants, technology access, and college persistence coaching—ensuring that indirect costs no longer stand in the way of college access, retention, and graduation for first-generation and low-income students.
